What is the process for handling customer service and warranty claims?

We use world-class CRM software to manage our operations, and we also have an engineer and customer Android app. Through this app, customers can easily register products, log service requests, download product manuals, and more.

What should i do If i receive a defective or damaged product?

The company offers a DOA(Damage/Dead on arrival) policy in which if there is any kind of damage in the set due to transportation or the set is dead and not working, the distributor can check and inform the company within 15 days. Company will arrange the inspection and once it is done the product will be replaced with a new set.

What is the estimated delivery Time?

3-5 Working days all over India & 7-10 Working days in North East India

How can I get assistance with my order?

For each distributo,r there is a dedicated Client Relationship Manager who will take care of all the sales query and service escalations.

What is the warranty period of the products?

12 months of warranty on all audio and LED products
