At Jack Martin, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and reliable manner. Please review our Shipping Policy below to understand how we handle order processing, shipping charges, delivery timelines, and lost/delayed shipments.

 


 

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed before 2 PM (IST) are typically processed the same day.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with tracking details.

  • In case of any unforeseen delays, our team will notify you via email or phone.

 


 

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999 across India.

  • Standard Shipping Charges: For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping charge of ₹250-₹450 (based on location and package size) will be applied.

  • Express Shipping: Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. The charges will be calculated at checkout.

  • International shipping is currently not available. We only deliver within India.

 


 

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.)3-5 business days.

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities5-7 business days.

  • Remote Areas & North-East India7-10 business days.

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, lockdowns, or courier delays.

  • You can track your order via the tracking link shared in your confirmation email.

 


 

4. Handling of Lost/Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact our Customer Support at support@jackmartin.in or call +91 7045000700 with your order number.

  • In case of a lost shipment, we will initiate an investigation with our courier partner. If the package is deemed lost, a full refund or replacement will be provided.

  • If your package is marked as ‘delivered’ but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors, security, or building reception. If still not received, inform us within 48 hours for assistance.

  • Incorrect Address: If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, Jack Martin will not be responsible for failed deliveries. Customers are advised to double-check their shipping details before placing an order.

 


 

5. Special Notes

  • During festive seasons, sales, or promotional periods, processing and delivery times may be extended.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Jack Martin reserves the right to modify shipping policies at any time without prior notice.
