1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Orders placed before 2 PM (IST) are typically processed the same day.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with tracking details.

In case of any unforeseen delays, our team will notify you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999 across India.

Standard Shipping Charges: For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping charge of ₹250-₹450 (based on location and package size) will be applied.

Express Shipping: Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. The charges will be calculated at checkout.

International shipping is currently not available. We only deliver within India.
3. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.) – 3-5 business days.

Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities – 5-7 business days.

Remote Areas & North-East India – 7-10 business days.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, lockdowns, or courier delays.

You can track your order via the tracking link shared in your confirmation email.
4. Handling of Lost/Delayed Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact our Customer Support at support@jackmartin.in or call +91 7045000700 with your order number.

In case of a lost shipment, we will initiate an investigation with our courier partner. If the package is deemed lost, a full refund or replacement will be provided.

If your package is marked as ‘delivered’ but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors, security, or building reception. If still not received, inform us within 48 hours for assistance.

Incorrect Address: If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, Jack Martin will not be responsible for failed deliveries. Customers are advised to double-check their shipping details before placing an order.
5. Special Notes

During festive seasons, sales, or promotional periods, processing and delivery times may be extended.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
